Paidology BOOK FREE AUDIT

Client Service Terms

Last updated: [date]. Template: have a qualified lawyer review before use.

These terms apply when you sign up for a paid plan with [Legal entity name] ("Paidology", "we", "us"). Your order (the plan, price and platforms you choose) and these terms together form our agreement.

1. Services

We manage paid advertising on the platforms in your plan, including tracking setup and maintenance, campaign management, testing and reporting, as described in your plan. Work outside your plan is quoted separately before it starts.

2. Fees and payment

3. Plan changes

Your plan is set by whichever is higher: the number of platforms we manage, or your monthly ad spend. If either moves into a different tier, the new fee applies from the next billing month. We will tell you before it changes.

4. Term and cancellation

5. Your accounts and access

6. Your responsibilities

7. Results

Paid advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, your offer and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific results. We do commit to our process: tracking first, continuous testing, and reporting on booked calls and revenue.

8. Intellectual property

You own the ads, creative and campaign assets we produce for you once the related fees are paid. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, tools and know-how.

9. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for this agreement. This continues after the agreement ends.

10. Data protection

Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example, customer lists for ad audiences), we act as your processor under a data processing agreement, available on request. Our Privacy Policy covers data we control.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
